At ...from scratch patisserie, we are enthusiastic about keeping with the traditions of italian and french pastries as much as we are with creatingnew and interesting ones of our own.

Our products are seasonal and constantly changing. we aim to use and support local produce where possible (laucke flour, rhode free range eggs, fleurieu milk company and when fortunate, home made cultured butter and ricotta) and like our name suggests, everything is made ...from scratch.
